FAQ – Infinity Pool / Swim Spa

Installation & Electrical

1. How much space should be reserved for installing/recessing the pool?
We recommend leaving at least 800 mm on each side for maintenance.

2. What installation methods are available?
It can be fully recessed, semi-recessed, or freestanding on a flat surface — all are possible.

3. Can the positions of the electrical components and water inlets/outlets be changed?
Yes, but this needs to be confirmed according to the actual model.

4. What voltage options are available?
220V / 380V.

 

Performance & Configuration

5. Which version do you recommend: the swim jet version or the turbine system version?
It depends on your needs. For occasional family use, the swim jet version is sufficient. For professional athletes, training, gyms, and stadiums, the turbine system version is recommended. If your budget allows, we recommend the turbine system version for a better swimming experience.

6. How many flow levels are available for the turbine system version?
The turvine system version offers 12 continuously variable power levels. Each level corresponds to a different water flow rate and flow speed.

7. What optional accessories can be added?
Please refer to our options list. Examples include anti-slip EVA carpet, step, swim spa cover, handrail, tension rope, swimming paddle, swimming fishing rod training system, aroma feeder, sand filter, top iron rack, additional heater, etc. For more options, please consult us.

8. Can the pool configuration be upgraded?
Yes. The acrylic shell insulation, skirt insulation, and bottom insulation can all be upgraded. The control panel, Balboa WiFi, speakers, fountain, etc. can also be upgraded. Please consult our sales specialist for details.

9. Are the acrylic and skirt colors selectable?
Yes. Please discuss the detailed color and skirt options with our sales specialist.

10. Do you have certificates for your swim spa pool?
Yes, we have CE, SAA, RoHS, and ISO9001:2008 certificates. Our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.

 

Lead Time

11. What is the production/delivery lead time?
45–60 working days after receiving the deposit.
