We use US Balboa control systems, Aristech acrylic, and LX water pumps for stable quality. The 25mm foam + tin foil insulation, plus optional insulation for the bottom plate and skirt, maximizes heat retention and energy savings—even in harsh winters.

Product & Quality

1. What material is the tub shell made of?
Our outdoor spas mainly use imported Aristech acrylic from the USA, which is known for stable and reliable quality.

2. What control system and pumps do you use?
We use imported Balboa/Gecko control systems and LX pumps—international brands with reliable global after-sales support.

3. How is the insulation? Can it be used in severe cold regions such as Northern Europe?
Our outdoor spas have multi-layer insulation, including shell insulation, skirt insulation, and bottom insulation. For severe cold regions, you can consult our sales specialist to increase the insulation thickness.

 

Customization

4. If I have my own design concept, can you make a unique model for me?
Yes. We can customize a brand-new hot tub based on your design concept. Please provide the basic requirements and design style to our design team. We will then discuss with you to develop a brand new hot tub that matches your concept and is practical for production and application.

 

Ordering & MOQ

5. What is the MOQ?
MOQ varies by model. For some models, the MOQ is 1 set; for other models, it is 2 sets or more. For a full container order, a single style/model may be required. We recommend consulting our sales specialist—they will recommend suitable models based on your order quantity and market.

6. Can I mix different models in one high-cube container?
Yes, generally you can mix different models in one high-cube container, but usually no more than 4 models/molds.

7. Can one model in a full container be ordered in different colors?
Yes. Generally, one model can be offered in no more than 3 colors.

8. We are new to this industry. Can we buy some samples?
Yes. Please provide some relevant information about your company to our sales specialist.

Lead Time & Payment

9. What is the lead time?
Normally within 15 to 60 days after receiving the T/T deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and item.

10. What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L. For professional industry buyers, payment terms can be further negotiated.

 

Factory, Certificates & Warranty

11. Can we visit your factory?
Yes, we welcome customers from all over the world to visit our factory. We also attend domestic and international exhibitions from time to time. Interested customers can contact our sales specialist for exhibition details and arrange a meeting time and place separately.

12. What certificates do you have?
We have CE, SAA, RoHS, ISO9001:2008 certificates. Our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.

13. What is your warranty?
7 years for structure; 3 years for the spa shell; 2 years for electrical motor, control system, and plumbing.
